SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Areas and Charges

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
International Orders: Duties and taxes for international orders are not covered by Chingu Clothing and may be charged upon receipt.

Standard Delivery

Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days from the date of order. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. Times may vary based on carrier practices, delivery location, and method.

Delivery Confirmation

Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. Report any shortages or product defects to us immediately before completing the delivery confirmation.

Exceptions

Non-Dispatch Days: We do not dispatch orders on Sundays. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following Monday.

Return Policy

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging with tags still attached

Free from marks, stains, or strong odors (e.g., smoke, cologne, detergent)

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: Innerwear, bodywear, swimwear, and undergarments


Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@chinguclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

3. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us at support@chinguclothing.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to provide a replacement or resolve the issue.

Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7-10 days of receipt.
